About
Emille de Blanche's sculptures exist in the borderland between the organic and the industrial. Recurring topics in her practice are biomorph, anti-form and materiality. Her works are strongly connected to the city, a place that she views as an organism which she explores through sculptural investigations. Interested in the meeting between the organic and the industrial, de Blanche often work with organic structures in combination with industrial fabrication techniques.
